Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was beyond my expectations. The room was clean, comfortable, and surprisingly spacious with a lovely balcony offering a stunning view of the bay. The service was exceptional, with the staff going above and beyond to assist with every need. The location was ideal, close to the town center and the seafront. The dining experience had its ups and downs, but the overall atmosphere was relaxing and enjoyable.
The hotel offers very spacious rooms with an enormous balcony and good value for a winter stay. However, there were cleanliness issues in the bathroom with mold and scratches on the walls. The service was superb, but some amenities were lacking compared to its sister hotel. The location is good, though windy at times, and the dining experience was pleasant with a variety of choices. The hotel has facilities that could use some attention.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. On one hand, the fantastic location near Juan les Pins Park and beaches was a big plus, but the dirty and outdated rooms with odd window arrangements were disappointing. The exceptional service, especially from standout staff like Julian, elevated the stay, but the noise from the busy area could be intrusive at times.
The hotel is ideally located just outside the center of Juan Les Pins, by a small park, and a short walk to the beach, shopping area, restaurants, and bars. The staff is very accommodating and well-trained, quickly attending to guests' needs. However, the rooms, although clean and without a balcony, can be uncomfortably warm and stuffy at night without proper ventilation.
